TENTI (REXVOR’s partner in Brazil) was responsible for two automation projects at CENPES, focusing on radial system upgrades and building automation.
CENPES I: Radial system upgrades
The project involved the supply of engineering documentation, SCADA software and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). It also included testing, commissioning, startup support and training on the automation system to upgrade radials 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, together with their inter-radials. The objective was to modernise and optimise radial operations, improving efficiency and safety.
CENPES II: Building automation
The project focused on developing and installing an integrated control system for lighting, power and air conditioning. This system enables monitoring and diagnosis of the operating conditions of various instruments, such as sensors, valves and meters. It also includes online parameter configuration, documentation management and fault reporting, contributing to more efficient management of building facilities.
The projects carried out at CENPES not only modernised radial operations and building automation but also ensured a more efficient and safer environment, reflecting the ability of TENTI (REXVOR’s partner in Brazil) to meet industrial and building automation needs.
